Oil Analysis

• Oil Analysis maximizes lubricant life while monitoring signs of internal system wear which can lead to catastrophic failures. Oil analysis provides historical data trends which help predict wear patterns and their sources before failure or downtime can occur.

• For Mobil customers, the Mobil Serv^SM Lubricant Analysis Program will help you achieve your maintenance reliability goals. By using this program, you will gain the added value of having trained Key Oil and Mobil personnel reviewing your analysis results.

• Inventory Management

  • We can work with you to establish correct inventory levels on every lubricant in your plant. We can schedule routine inventory counts to take the burden off your maintenance team.

• Plant Survey

  • Plant Surveys are performed by inspecting all equipment which is lubricated. We look for any condition which could adversely affect lubricant performance or life expectancy. We inspect the oil handling and storage procedures at your plant. Our years of experience in handling lubricants can help you avoid costly situations which draw the attention of both the EPA and OSHA. After inspecting the entire plant, we document findings and recommend corrective actions in a detailed report.

• Lubricant Consolidation

  • As part of a plant survey, we will work with you to make sure the fewest number of lubricants possible are being used in your plant. This keeps your inventory costs low.

• On-Site Lubrication Training

  • We can conduct an on-site training seminar for your lubricators and maintenance personnel. Lubrication Training will help your team identify suffering points at your plant, help them to formulate questions and guide them to ultimately increase equipment reliability.

• Plant Lube Charting

  • Plant Lube Charting indentifies the lubrication points on each piece of equipment in your plant. We provide charts detailing the correct lubricant to use per the equipment builders’ recommendations.

• Equipment Lube Tagging

  • Lubricant identification tags or stickers are provided to label equipment at each lubrication point, thereby preventing any product misapplication that leads to failures and downtime.

• Equipment Loan Assistance
